When our inner world feels chaotic, it becomes difficult to create the desired reality. Emotional well-being is not about feeling positive all the time. It is about learning to understand and process your emotions instead of suppressing them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every emotion is simply an information that tells us what we need, what we value, and most importantly what we need to heal. So how can we work on our emotional well-being? It begins with awareness. Take a few moments every day to check in with yourself and ask, \u201cWhat am I feeling right now?\u201d Without judging the emotion, simply notice it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another powerful step is learning to pause before reacting.
